   Return Policy   

 

Damaged or Missing Items

   Upon receiving your package, immediately inspect it to insure that all items are included and in satisfactory condition.  Invoice discrepancies and missing or damaged items must be reported to Cavision within two business days of receipt of the package.  Cavision will not be liable for damage incurred during shipping.  It is the customer’s responsibility to initially contact the courier service and then inform Cavision with the reference number.

 

Return Policy:

 

   Upon receiving your items, inspect and test them, and contact Cavision immediately if you encounter any problems that may merit return of the items.

   If you purchased your items from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer first and then notify Cavision of the problem.  In this case you will have to make arrangements with the retailer and follow their return policies.

   When applying for a merchandise return for products that were purchased directly from Cavision, you must contact Cavision within 3 business days of receipt of the items and have the original invoice in your possession.  Cavision will not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  A tracking number for the return shipment must be provided to Cavision within three business days of obtaining an RMA number. 

   All shipping charges related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.  All returns are subject to a restocking fee to recover merchant credit card fees charged to Cavision; this amount may vary depending on the type of credit card used.  The actual amount of the restocking fee may be higher, depending on the circumstances of the return and the condition of the returned items.

 

 

Procedures for Returning Items for Refund or Exchange:

 

  1. Contact Cavision to obtain an RMA number.  No packages will be accepted without an RMA number.
  1. If shipping with courier please do not ship via 'ground' service or with any other freight service that does not provide automatic customs clearance; if manual customs clearance or a brokerage fee is required, we will not accept the package. If shipping with postal/mail service ensure that the service level  provides a tracking number. All packages must state, “RETURN FOR REFUND” on the airway bill and customs declaration form and indicate no commercial value.
  1. Ensure that items are packaged securely and include a copy of the original invoice in in the box. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. A tracking number for the shipment of a returned item or an exchange must be provided to Cavision within three business days of obtaining an RMA number.
